“Wow wow wow! What can I say apart from thank you a thousand times to Richard Lang at Warley Grange. I took my 9 year old daughter there for an ingrowing toenail removal and he was just fabulous. He was professional but friendly and his bedside manner was just fantastic, especially when dealing with a child who is very worried. I was talked through the procedure and I have full confidence this will be the end to my daughters toe problem.
1 week after the op my daughter had a post op check where she was given the all clear not to be seen again unless issues arise but I am confident they will not as her toe has healed fantastically! I’m aware the NHS is under strain but Dr. Lang performed the procedure 10× better and that shows in how amazingly the wound has healed and how little pain my daughter suffered after.
If you have an issue, I know private is expensive but we were seen within 3 days of making initial contact and everything from start to finish was brilliant. Thank you so much, money well spent.
